Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members
of Council were present.
The following items were discussed and represents changes made:
CLUBHOUSE GROUNDS:
The Personnel Summary chart was changed from the requested (3) back
to the (2) full-time positions currently existing.
L8059-34340 Solid Waste Disposal - changed from $7,200 to $3,600
L8059-34620 R & M Bldg./Grounds - changed from $3,260 to $3,110
L8059-34625 R & M Vandalism - changed from $100 to $50
GOLF SHOP•
The Personnel Summary was changed from (3) full-time to (2) full-
time persons due to the Golf Pro being reestablished as a Contract
Pro.
L8046-11110 Executive Salaries - changed from $15,000 to 0
L8046-33310 Golf Pro Contract - changed from 0 to $20,000
L8046-34010 Travel - changed from $482 to $229
L8046-34910 Advertising - changed from 0 to $300
L8046-35110 Office Supplies - changed from $1,750 to $350
L8046-35420 Membership/Dues - changed from $835 to $430
L8046-35430 Conferences/Seminars - changed from $780 to 0
L8046-66210 Construction/Renovation - changed from $2,500 to 0
L8046-66415 Computer Hardware/Software - changed from $300 to 0
L8046-66430 Furniture/Fixtures - changed from $7,918 to $7,068
The Golf Pro contract amount was discussed, as well as the lease
amount for the merchandise shop. The Council finally settled on
assessing the Golf Pro $3,000 rent.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
A recording was made of the foregoing and is on file with Village
Clerk.
