Mayor Marks called the Budget Workshop session to order at 7:00
p.m. All members of the Council were present. The Village Manager
and the Finance Director were also present.
Review and discussion of the Golf Course - Maintenance portion of
the Country Club budget resulted in the following changes: Full-
time personnel was reduced from 10 to 9; part-time personnel was
raised from 2 to 3. Account 33190 - Other Professional Services
was reduced from $1,950 to $1,350; Account 33430 - Tree Trimming
was increased from $12,000 to $25,000; Account 34010 - Travel was
reduced from $734 to $508; Account 35222 - Seeds, Flowers & Plants
was increased from $10,000 to $12,000; Account 35430 - Conferences
& Seminars was reduced from $210 to $165; and Account 66210 -
Construction & Major Renovation was increased from $68,500 to
$193,143.
A recording was made of the foregoing and is on file with the
Village Clerk.
