resolution approving the sale and assignment of Adelphia Cable TV franchise upon
conditional receipt of executed Cable Franchise Transfer Agreement.

2. RESOLUTION -REQUEST TO RENAME PORTION OF A1A AS "JACK NICKLAUS DRIVE"
Consider a motion to adopt a resolution requesting the Florida Legislature to rename a
designated portion of State Road AlA as "Jack Nicklaus Drive" and requesting the
Board of County Commissioner to enact a resolution supporting the renaming.
