rezoning 1.93 acres of land located adjacent to the Village Public Safety Facility from
CB, Commercial District to R-2, Multi-Family Dwelling District.

2. BILL 1179 - 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTRY CLUB FUND
BUDGET TO ESTABLISH TIKI HUT RENTAL RATE Consider a motion to approve second
reading of Bill 1179, a proposed ordinance amending the Country Club Fund Budget for
fiscal year 2004-2005 to establish a tiki but rental rate.

3. BILL 1187 - 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE - GENERAL
EMPLOYEES PENSION PLAN Consider a motion to approve first reading of Bill 1187, a
proposed ordinance amending the General Employees Pension Plan by changing the actuarial
present value of lump sum distributions, adding a definition for "assumed rate of return", and
amending optional benefit plan no. 2.

4. BILL 1188 - 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE TO SPECIFY
DISTANCE RESTRICTIONS FOR SEXUAL OFFENDERS AND PREDATORS Consider a
motion to approve first reading of Bill 1188, a proposed ordinance amending the Code of
Ordinances to prohibit sexual offenders and sexual predators from living within 1,500 feet of
specified locations within the Village.

1. RESOLUTION -APPROVING LAWSUIT SETTLEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a
resolution authorizing settlement in that certain lawsuit in the U. S. District Court, Southern
District of Florida, Case No. OS-80147 wherein Sean Jackson and Sherrel Meriweather are
plaintiffs and Village of North Palm Beach et al is defendant.

2. RESOLUTION -PROVIDING NOTICE TO WITHDRAW FROM SERMA Consider a motion
to adopt a resolution providing notice to the South East Risk Management Association
(SERMA) of the Village's intent to solicit insurance bids for fiscal year 2006-2007 and
notice to withdraw from SERMA risk management pool at the end of fiscal year 2006-2007.

3. RESOLUTION -COUNTRY CLUB POINT OF SALE SYSTEM PURCHASE Consider a
motion to adopt a resolution approving purchase of Point of Sale System for the North
Palm Beach Country Club.

This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of
governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the
items contained in this agenda.
