ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 9:45 p.m. All members
of Council were present. All members of staff were present except
the Village Clerk, who was absent because of illness.
BILL 717 - AMENDING ORDINANCE 11-93, FALSE ALARMS
Discussion was held concerning Bill 717, a proposed ordinance
amending Ord. 11-93, False Alarms, changing effective date to allow
alarm permits to be issued from 8/1/93 to 1/1/95, and on an annual
basis thereafter. This will be placed on the Regular Session
agenda of May 27, 1993.
BILL 718 - AMENDING COUNTRY CLUB ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD TERMS
Discussion took place concerning a proposed amendment to Ordinance
39-90. which established a Country Club Administrative Board, which
changes term expiration dates from January to May, to be consistent
with all other Village Boards. This was forwarded to the Regular
Session agenda of May 27, 1993.
Item 6.a., Harbour Point Marina request to amend PUD agreement, was
removed from the agenda at the request of the petitioner.
SCHWENCKE PROPERTY ACQUISITION
Discussion was held concerning authorizing staff to negotiate a
price for parcel of land in Anchorage Park from Pinner, Inc. (Jack
Schwencke), and was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda of May
27, 1993.
,~, BUDGET TRANSFER FOR GOLF CART REPAIR
A budget transfer request in the amount of $1,500.00 from L8070-
49910 (Country Club Contingency) to L8047-34650 (R & M-Machinery &
Equipment) for the purpose of repairing damage to golf carts was

VILLAGE ATTORNEY PROSECUTOR
Discussion was held concerning the position of State Attorney Barry
Krischer abdicating prosecution of Village ordinances and a request
from the Village Attorney for direction regarding serving as
prosecutor of Village ordinances. This issue will be placed on the
Regular Session agenda of May 27, 1993.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
adjourned at 10:25 p.m.
