Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. All members
of Council were present except Councilman Pierman, who was out of
town. Members of staff present were Dennis Kelly, Village Manager,
Charles R. O'Meilia, Director of Public Services, and Bruce F.
Sekeres, Director of Public Safety.
NPBCC POOL DIVING TOWER
Discussion was held concerning refurbishing the diving tower, in
the amount of $23,730.00, which includes removal of handrails and
ladders, repair to concrete, painting and installation of new
handrails and ladders, per the recommendation of the Country Club
Administrative Board. This item was forwarded to the Regular
Session of April 22, 1993.
DISCUSSION CONCERNING NPBCC RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
Discussion took place concerning recommendation of the Country Club
Administrative Board that 30-day notice be given to the current
restaurant Lessee at the restaurant to terminate his contract, with
the restaurant being taken over by the Village on an interim basis
beginning June 1, 1993. This item will be placed on the Regular
Session agenda of April 22, 1993.
Further discussion was held concerning Bill 713, a proposed
Ordinance amending the 1992-93 Country Club Budget to appropriate
funds for the operation of the Country Club restaurant. The

language in Bill 713 which read "Capital Contingency" will be
corrected to read "Country Club Contingency", and the line item of
L8070-49920 was changed to L8070-49910. Provision will also be
added for advertising. Bill 713 was forwarded to the Regular
Session agenda of April 22, 1993 for first reading.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
adjourned at approximately 8:45 p.m.
