to L8053-66490 (Restaurant Capital-Machinery & Equipment) for the
purchase of two ice machines to be bought on state contract. This

HARBOUR POINT MARINA P.U.D. MODIFICATION
The Village Council discussed a proposal to modify the existing
Harbour Point Marina Planned Unit Development by expanding the size
of the project to what it had originally been three years ago by
including a piece of the property on the west end which had been
removed from the plan after the first application. Also proposed
was a change to allow the access road to remain where it is today.
The Council stated that the impact fee should be raised to $150, 000
as it was originally when that piece of property on the west end
had been a part of the development, with the established payment
,_„ schedule of $40,000 on 10/1/95 being increased to $50,000; and the
10/1/96 final payment of $35,000 being increased to $50,000. Larry
Smith, representing the owners of the property, asked that Council
consider a lesser increase in the impact fee between now and the
next meeting, since the development being proposed now is of a much
lower scale than originally proposed three years ago.
