ROLL CALL
Mayor Valente called the meeting to order at 8:45 p.m. All members of Council were
'^' present except Councilman Vastola, who was out of town. All members of staff were
present.
BILL 784 -RETAIL SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Discussion was held concerning Bill 784, a proposed ordinance amending Subsection
N of Section 45-36 of Article III of Appendix C-Zoning relating to location of business for
retail sales of alcoholic beverages. Section (4) of the draft will be revised and placed
on the Regular Session agenda of July 13, 1995.
BUDGET TRANSFER -SANITATION-AUTO PARTS
Discussion took place concerning a budget transfer request in the amount of $5,000 from
A5540-49911 (Council Contingency) to A7020-35218 (Auto Parts-Supplies) for the
purpose of replenishing the account depleted by major truck repairs. This was forwarded
to the Regular Session agenda of July 13, 1995.
BUDGET TRANSFER -GOLF COURSE SUPPLIES
Discussion was held concerning a budget transfer request in the amount of $4,000 from
^. L8045-35230 (Pesticides & Herbicides) to L8045-35212 (Golf Course Supplies) for the
purpose of purchasing 18 ball washers, poles and litter baskets. This will be placed on
the Regular Session agenda of July 13, 1995.

Held Thursday, June 22, 1995
DONATION TO GIRLS SOFTBALL
The Council discussed donating $2,000 from A5540-49911 (Council Contingency) to
A8229-34932 (Public Events) for the purpose of giving $1,000 each to the two North
Palm Beach Girls Softball teams slated for the National Girls Softball Tournament in
Rock Hill, South Carolina from 7/19/95 to 7/23/95. This item was forwarded to the
Regular Session agenda of July 13, 1995.
CURFEW FOR VILLAGE BOARDS
Discussion was held concerning setting an 11 p.m. curfew for all Village Boards. Village
Attorney George Baldwin was directed to prepare an ordinance to implement this curfew.
This will be placed on the Regular Session of July 13, 1995.
PROSPERITY HARBOR SOUTH P.U.D.
Lengthy discussion was held concerning the recommendations of the Planning
r- Commission regarding application of Prosperity Harbor Joint Venture for a proposed
P.U.D. known as Prosperity Harbor South, comprised of 172 single-family units on 75.71
acres of land within the Village.
Vice Mayor Marks was called away from the meeting at 10:02 p.m. and returned at 10:05
p.m.; and again at 10:10 p.m., returning at 10:12 p.m. to answer emergency medical
calls.
Another presentation will be made to the Council regarding specified conditions and
changes at the next workshop on July 13, 1995.
