On motion of Councilman Aiello, seconded by Vice-Mayor Young, all members voting aye,_proposed Resolution #86 entitled ' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE _ OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CON- STRUCTION OF A CONCRETE BULKHEAD IN THE AREA KNOWN AS THE NORTH PALM BEACH BOAT AREA, AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TREASURER TO-MAKE PAYMENT _ THEREFOR. was adopted. -1- On motion of Vice-Mayor Young, seconded by Councilman Aiello, all members voting aye, proposed Resolution #87 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TO BORROW THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS $5,500.00) IN ANTICIPATION OF RECEIPT OF TAXES TO BE LEVIED FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1960. was adopted. On motion of Vice-Mayor Young, seconded by Councilman Aiello, all members voting aye, proposed Ordinance #55 entitled AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, • FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE OFFICERS TO DELIVER ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE, A CERTAIN PROMISSORY NOTE AND MORTGAGE INCIDENT TO THE PURCHASE BY THE VILLAGE OF THE VILLAGE HALL _ PROPERTY. was placed on first reading and read in full. On motion of Vice-Mayor Young, seconded by Councilman Hahn, all members voting aye, proposed Ordinance #55 was approved as read. On motion of Councilman Hahn, seconded by Vice-Mayor Young, all members voting aye, the Village Attorney was ree{uested to prepare an ordinance regulating the volume of outside noise of residential air- conditioning units. On motion of Vice-Mayor all members voting aye, the list for payment.
