MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH
HELD AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY
CLUB ON DECEMBER 9, 1958

Absent: Charles A. C"nn~ham, Councilman
Mayor Ross called the meeting to order and requested the Clerk call the roll.
Mayor Ross requested the Clerk read the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council held November 11, 1958. On motion of Councilman Ross, seconded by Councilman Schweneke,
all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read.
Mayor Ross requested the Clerk read the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council held November 20, 1958. On motion of Counci7TM'An Ross, seconded by Councilman Schweneke,
all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read.
On motion of Vice-Mayor White, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye,
the following report of the Village Treasurer was approved.

FISCAL YEAR ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1958, AND APPOINTING AN AUDITOR FOR THE
PERFORMANCE THEREOF.

ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VIISAGE, BY REMOVING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
ZONING CLASSIFICATION "R-l," SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, AND
RECLASSIFYING SAID PROPERTY AS "R-3," APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT:
BY DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO APPROPRIATELY REFLECT SUCH
RECLASSIFICATION UPON THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Vice-Mayor White, all members
voting aye, the list of accounts payable was approved for payment.
There being no further business to come before the Council, on motion of
Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye, the meeting
was adjourned at Q:00 p.m. to meet at 8:00 p.m. December 23, 1958, at the North Palm
Beach Country Club.
