HELD AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY

Mayor Ross called the meeting to order and requested_ the Village Manager call the roll.
Mayor Ross requested the Village Manager read the minutes of a regular meeting of the
• Village Council held on March 25, 1958. On motion of Councilman Schwencke, seconded by Council-
man Ross, all members voting aye, the minutes were approved as read.
Mayor Ross informed the Council he had no report to make at the time.
The Village Manager read the attached letter addressed to the Council from Robert C.
Tufford tendering his resignation as Village Clerk effective April 2nd,

' Gentlemen:
I hereby tender my resignation as Village Clerk £or the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida, to take effect April 2, 1958.
I sincerely regret this action is necessary, but due to my leaving - -
employment in this area it seems the most feasible thing to do,
I would like to say that I have found it to be a most gratifying -
experience working with men of such calibre who make up the Council.

• The Village rlanager read and distributed to the Council the Statistical Data Report
for the month of March, 1958.
The Village Manager reported a street light had been erected at the intersection of
Anchorage Drive and Anchorage Lane on a trial basis.
On motion of Councilman Bchwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, all members voting aye,
the attached list of accounts payable was approved.
' Mr, 0, M. Bailey, Manager, Green's Fuel Company, appeared before the Council to discuss
with the Council and members of the public-present the operations of his firm in North Palm Beach,
There being no"further business to come before the Council, on motion of Councilman
Bchwencke, seconded by Councilman Ross, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m. to meet at 8:00
p.m. May 13th., at the North Palm Beach Country Club.
