ROLL CALL
Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 10:04 p.m. All members of Council were present,
except Vice Mayor Tringali, who was out of town. All members of staff were present, except
Village Clerk Kathleen Kelly, who was absent due to illness.
TRAFFIC CALMING -LIGHTHOUSE DRIVE.
Village Engineer Howard Searcy reviewed Phase I of the proposed traffic calming plan for
Lighthouse Drive. The Council directed Public Safety Director Earl Johnson to consider two
speed bumps on Lighthouse Drive and stop signs at three-way intersections and report back to
them at the Regular Session of February 24, 2000.
ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT -HAAS, DIAZ & CO.
Deborah Diaz of Haas, Diaz & Co. reviewed the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the
year ending 9/30/99. The Annual Report was forwarded to the Regular Session agenda for
acceptance on February 24, 2000.
VILLAGE HALL RENOVATION.
Architect Anderson Slocombe of Gee & Jenson presented alternate plans for the Council
Chambers and Recreation/Finance portions of the Village Hall renovation project. This item will
be brought back for discussion at a future Workshop Session.
