Kelly, Village Manager SUBJECT: Village Council Budget Workshop DATE: Monday, July 1, 2002 The Village Council met in Workshop Session on Monday, July 1, 2002 at 7:00 PM to review the proposed Country Club budget for FY 2002-2003. All Council Members were present. Country Club Advisory Board members present were: Chairman Paul Lambrakis, Jim Bender, Joe O'Hagan and Jerry Pierman. Club staff present were: Country Club Director David Talley, Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent John Morsut, Head Golf Pro John Scott and Pool Manager Dick Cavanah; staff present were Village Manager Dennis Kelly, Finance Director Shaukat Khan and Assistant Village Manager Doug Smith. Also present were restaurant vendor Mr. and Mrs. Eddie D'Ambre. The Council entered into budget workshop discussions and made the •following changes: see attachment. The Council ended their discussion with Country Club Administration at 10:00 PM. Under the objectives the fourth bullet strike the words "around the planters" and the fourth bullet should read "re-vegetate the planters." Under goals the second bullet strike the words "continue to" and the sentence should read, "improve the appearance of ......" Strike the entire performance data chart found at the bottom of page 230; the material is golf data and is not germane to Country Club Administration Department.
